
Amazon Prime Day is coming back tomorrow, July 16 at at 12:01 a.m. PDT, and the company will be dropping new deals at a regular pace until July 17. As usual, Prime members already have early access to some early deals, and there are some good discounts on Amazon’s various subscription services and electronic devices.
First of all, customers who don’t already have a Prime subscription yet can get a 30-day free trial, and all 18-24 year-olds and students can get a 6-month trial. Otherwise, Amazon Prime is $14.99 per month or $139 per year ($7.49 per month, or $69 per year for students).
Let’s start with the free stuff Prime members can get during Prime Day 2024.
Amazon is offering up to 50% discounts on a selection of Prime Video movies and TV shows. Additionally, some Prime Video channels such as Crunchyroll, STARZ, and MGM+ are available for just $0.99/month for up to two months. AMC+ and Paramount+ are also 50% off for up to two months with Showtime.
Overall, Amazon plans to offer more than five million deals across more than 35 categories during Prime Day. Prime members can also get up to $200 gift cards upon approval for Prime Visa and Prime Store Card. The Amazon Travels Deals page also offers discounted flights, rides, and experiences.
