Apple Music Now Works on Amazon Fire TV

Amazon is rolling out expanded support for Apple Music this week. The company first introduced support for Apple Music on its Echo speakers back in December, and it’s now bringing the same integration to its Fire TV devices.

Users in the United States can now use Apple Music to play music on their Fire TV devices, both from the streaming boxes and sticks. If you have already set up Apple Music to work with your Echo speakers via Alexa, you will not be required to set it up again and Apple Music will seamlessly start working on your Fire TV devices. If not, you can simply set it up from the Alexa app, according to CNBC.

You will also be able to use Alexa to play music on your Fire TV devices with your voice.

Apple Music coming to Fire TV is just another sign of Apple expanding the availability of its services. The company has long made its services available only on its own devices, and now that is business focus has shifted towards services-based revenue, the company is aggressively pushing its services and bringing them to more and more devices.
