Twitter’s Edit Feature Starts Rolling Out to Blue Subscribers

Twitter Edit feature

Twitter’s much-anticipated Edit feature has started rolling out for Twitter Blue subscribers. Users in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand will get it first, with the US coming “soon.”

Once Twitter Blue members get access to the feature, they’ll be able to edit tweet multiple times in the 30 minutes following the publication of a tweet. Tweets that have been edited will appear with a special label, and clicking on it will let other users see previous versions of the tweet.

“We’re hoping that, with the availability of Edit Tweet, Tweeting will feel more approachable and less stressful. You should be able to participate in the conversation in a way that makes sense to you, and we’ll keep working on ways that make it feel effortless to do just that,” the company said earlier this month.

Twitter Blue is currently only accessible in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The monthly subscription is currently priced at $4.99 in the US, and it provides access to other features such as Undo Tweet, a redesigned Spaces tab with podcasts, and ad-free articles. However, the subscription doesn’t remove ads on the Twitter web app and the mobile apps.
