Microsoft holds a virtual Windows Developer Day event for each release of Windows 10. And this one, of course, focused on the Fall Creators Update.
The videos are available from the Microsoft Developer website. But you might find the navigation on Channel 9, where the videos are actually hosted, to be a bit simpler.
