Windows 11 with 8th and 9th Gen Intel Processors

Are 8th and 9th gen Intel processors safe on Windows 11, for the foreseeable future?

I have two higher end PCs with an 8th and 9th gen i7 processor.

I am concerned Microsoft could pull the plug in a new update down the road.
