My comments keep disappearing

For the past few weeks/months or so, I’ve noticed that when I post a comment to an article, my comment disappears. For example, yesterday, I posted a comment to the “HP Spectre x360 14 First Impressions” article at https://www.thurrott.com/windows/windows-10/245254/hp-spectre-x360-14-first-impressions# and now I don’t see it.

Why are my posts disappearing?

I had lots of them disappear of the time – most of them were entered as a root comment not a reply to them (had some replies get moved to a root comment – almost like it is linking them one level too high (and root goes to null).

Please don't post customer support issues to the forums. Email [email protected] and someone will look into this.

I would bet it has been reported multiple times. I understand the position that it's your forum so your rules and I am all for that actually. However if it doesn't appear in the forums an individual experiencing the issue has no way of knowing whether the problem is unique to them or is more widespread or even a feature. No worries. Someone will try to figure this out.
