Outlook.com on Chrome

I put this under “Google” because it seems to be an issue only in Chrome, and I’m wondering where one can go to bring this issue to the right people?

I noticed lately while using Outlook.com, whenever I create a new message, my email address will be populated in the subject line.

I tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, and it only seems to be an issue with Chrome.
