Microsoft should buy Artifact

The news on Microsoft Start and the Widgets on Windows 11 is of abysmal quality. They should buy the news aggregator app Artifact before it shuts down permanently. Would be cheap, I’m sure, and then MS could compete on quality with Google News.

This is the only place I know to share such a random musing – I’m sure it won’t happen as MS must get some $ from the execrable content it surfaces, but it is just so obnoxious every time I see it – hurts the brand.
