Microsoft Theater is being renamed

The news came out today that the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles is going to be renamed to the Peacock Theater as NBC/Universal is taking over the naming rights. This might be the last remnant of the Nokia purchase. The theater originally opened as the Nokia Theater and Microsoft ended up with the naming rights as part of the purchase of Nokia’s phone business.
