Pleasantly Surprised

Over the weekend I downloaded the Win 10 home ISO and installed it on a Mac BootCamp partition. The Mac is a i7 model with a nice 4 gig graphics card. Installation was very easy. For once the BootCamp drivers were up to date and I can access the AMD control panel and tweak my settings for the various PC games I want to play. Speaking of gameplay, everything I’ve downloaded from Steam works great in BootCamp. Some to the titles are pretty demanding, but the setup seems to run everything smoothly.

The only reason I’m posting this is that Apple hasn’t always been really good about supplying the right drivers for Windows. This time everything seems to be current. In fact the BootCamp driver update is dated 2/1/2018.
