Printer spooler issue every time W11 is updated.

Every time w11 is updated I lose my printers. If it wasn’t for the troubleshooter in the settings for printers I wouldn’t know what to do. So far I have been able to reactivate my printers.

What worries me is there is note that the troubleshooter is going away. Does Microsoft have a fix for this? Why is the printer spooler always disabled? Am I doing something wrong or is Microsoft not aware of what they doing? Comments appreciated.
