When Task Manager unfrezzes my WIN 11 computer – just opening Task Manager frees up to continue work

I have seen a few posts on this issue, but no resolution.

Frequently throughout the day, I have to open Task Manager to get control of my mouse clicks and keyboard entries.

Opening Task Manager ALWAYS works. I am less interested in why, but more interested in what can I do to prevent an unknown issue in my system to freeze until Task Manager opens up.

This is my system:

Device name NEWTOWER

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz  3.60 GHz

Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)

Device ID 9B376742-C89F-46E9-96E0-F0623D0F9845

Product ID 00326-10000-00000-AA433

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

I welcome any solutions. I have tried changing the display resolution. No help.
