Windows 10 1903/1909 Fail Lenovo Yoga 730 15IKB

I keep getting the can’t create ram device error

I have 16GB RAM and over 100GB free on a 500GB SSD NVME

I was able to update to 1809 without issue

I’ve tried removing {badmemory} with bcdedit and commands with DISM and even a defrag to get contiguous space.

If you have no badmemory addresses, it could be 2-3 things left:

1) a bad stick of RAM

2-3) BIOS settings not set properly, or a BIOS incompatibility

I have a similar (but lesser) configuration. Currently on 1909 OK but got there through the Release Preview ring in the Insider Program.

YOGA 720-121KB

Installed RAM 8.00 GB

Windows specifications

Edition Windows 10 Pro

Version 1909

Installed on 6/17/2019

OS build 18363.535

Windows (C:) – 119 GB

42.2 GB used 76.9 GB free

P.S. The Wacom Bamboo pen works great with this system (though sadly, I don't get to use it much). Let me know if there are any specifics I can research that might help..
