Smart App Control

I just watched Paul’s “Hands on Windows”, episode 138 and he talked about the Smart App Control in Windows 11. I looked at it, but can’t turn it on since I have been running Windows 11 for quite a while and didn’t know about it. Paul said there was a way to turn it back on again, using the registry, since Windows won’t let you change it from “Off”. Does anyone know how to do that?
