Did fresh install of 10 no windows hello had it before checked device manager no listing for biometrics, where can I get it.?

    <p>What model PC do you have, what biometric device are you trying to use, have you run Windows Update yet?</p>

It sounds like you need to go to the manufacturer for drivers, but you'd need to know the device you're trying to get drivers for, first. Since this is a home build, I presume you did buy the device so you'd know that though, right?</p>

    <p>Does your computer have a Hello capable camera, or a fingerprint reader? If not, Windows Hello is not going to work. Amazon has several starting at $39.99. Also available at the Microsoft store for the same price.</p>
