Technical help is needed! :) !!

Hi, I am having some weird Windows 11 issues.

I am on the latest Windows 11 23H2 – all drivers, updates, and patches installed.

List of issues

1. I still need to get the latest Windows Explorer as it matches Paul’s book, as the Galley Folder isn’t there or enabled.
2. I cannot get Desktop Spotlight to work. However, the Edge spotlight and lock screen spotlight work perfectly. This spotlight issue is not unique to me; others have it. Does anyone know a fix?
3. How do I refresh Windows without losing all my apps (Win and 32) settings and customizations?
4. My Notifications from the system tray do not work. I have a Notification banner and sound enabled in settings.
5. Phone Link, Outlook Mail, etc, do not invoke banner and sound notifications.
