Windows Mail and Calendar

I have three accounts in my Windows Mail program – a Hotmail, Gmail and FIOS account. I recently noticed that instead of the account names, I see lpmSubTree for the Gmail and Verizon accounts. it has even started to replicate folders in the lpmSubtree…

wtf – this sucks. I deleted all accounts and reinstalled them but I see the same thing. I tried to rename the Account and it didn’t stick… I may punt and go back to Outlook but before then, Any ideas how to fix this?

thanks -- it keeps loading :(

it finally finished - I then clicked reset and accepted the terms

went through the setup -- same problem exists

thank you for your suggestion but it didn't fix the problem. I googled ipmSubTree and learned it is some storage object. I have moved back to Outlook for now but this should be simple - right?

I can't think of how else to solve your problem man, i'm sorry. It almost sounds like a server-side issue but no one else seems to be having this issue so I don't know what's going on

Funny, I just described resetting Windows 10 apps on a podcast this week. But yes, this is worth trying.
