Hey Brad,

I'm pretty interested to know what's going on with Windows 10 Iron? 20279 was supposed to RTM for 10x, Hololens, Server in December. Now we are in February and we still get new compiles. Afaik we never had something like that happened in the whole history of Windows 10 development. Even 16299.0 / 16299.15 or 17133 / 17134 only got like 1 recompile.

Could it be that in that case the new Windows management is looking more for quality instead of rushing out a new release? Do you have some more insights in that?

The new XBox wireless headsets are already sold out. Any chance you are an early reviewer and just embargoed on sharing whether these would be a good purchase or not?

Hi Brad,

This is Joe.

Curious… why do you think both Sony and Msft always seem to use Amd in their consoles and neither picked NVidia? Is it that NVidia just hasn’t been able or inclined to deliver a cost / performance competitive solution?

Have you heard anything about Microsoft investing in C++ for Azure SDKs? It seems to be a low priory for them which makes some IOT development that relies on c/c++ a bit challenging to do with Azure.

What do you think the main focus, in terms of Microsoft technology reveal, of Microsoft build will be this year.

Thank you for a great podcast and all the special extras and scoops you bring to us!

You and Paul have spoken about the pros and cons of Android apps on Windows and all the requirements of the Google/Play Store. What do you think is the likelihood that they take the half step of working with Amazon and their android store that they use for fire tablets and fire sticks in TVs. While there are fewer apps available in the Amazon store, both companies have an interest in a strong alternative to the Google store. Maybe their collaboration is only on the back end. So on windows devices all the android apps are still delivered through the Microsoft store.

Amazon would benefit because currently, not all the Microsoft apps are in the Amazon Android store. Microsoft adding its catalog as well as another billion devices, might help Amazon get traction in its store that it is currently lacking.
