Microsoft has just revealed the second wave of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in April, which includes the former PlayStation console exclusive Bugsnax and the zombie survival game 7 Days to Die. The company also announced that more Ubisoft games are coming soon to Xbox Game Pass, including a first Assassin’s Creed game.
“I’m excited to share that we’re working with Ubisoft to bring even more incredible games to the Game Pass library,” wrote Megan Spurr, Community Lead for Xbox Game Pass. Assassin’s Creed Origins will be the first big game to join Xbox Game Pass for Console, PC, and Cloud in the next two months. The PC version of the game will be available via the Ubisoft Connect app, similar to how EA Play games on PC need to be downloaded from the standalone EA Desktop app.

“We will also bring For Honor: Marching Fire Edition to PC via Ubisoft Connect app, and upgrade to the Marching Fire Edition for cloud and console,” Spurr also said today. There are already some high-profile Ubisoft games on Xbox Game Pass including Rainbow Six Siege and Rainbow Six: Extraction, and the latter was also released on Xbox Game Pass on its launch day. It will be interesting to see if games from the Assassin’s Creed, Watch Dogs, or Far Cry series will soon be added to Xbox Game Pass.

Microsoft also announced today that 12 new cloud-enabled games now support touch controls on mobile devices. The list includes Hitman Trilogy, Lawn Mowing Simulator, Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and Transformers Battlegrounds.
Last but not least, Cricket 19, Outlast 2, Secret Neighbor, and Streets of Rage 4 will leave the catalog on April 30. Xbox Game Pass members who want to keep them on their library can take advantage of up to 20% discounts until the end of the month.Â
