Microsoft Announces New Games with Gold for June 2022

After announcing that Assassin’s Creed: Origins and more will join Xbox Game Pass next month, Microsoft has just followed up with the new Games with Gold for June 2022. Starting tomorrow, June 1, Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to grab the city-building game Aven Colony for free, as well as the critically-acclaimed platform game Super Meat Boy.

As you may remember, Super Meat Boy was previously offered to Xbox Live Gold subscribers back in June 2016. It’s not the first time that Microsoft re-offers a previous Xbox 360 Gold title to subscribers, and we’ve now had that for two months in a row with Hydro Thunder Hurricane and MX-ATV Alive.

Rest assured, the two other Games with Gold titles that will be free to grab starting June 16 haven’t been offered before: They include the skyscraper construction simulator Project Highrise: Architect’s Edition and the Xbox 360 action platform game Raskulls.

If you have yet to do it, we remind you that today is the last day to claim Yoku’s Island Express and Viva Piñata Party Animals for free with your Xbox Live Gold subscription. As usual, the two Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles are yours to keep forever, but you need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to play the Xbox One Games with Gold titles.
