A Plague Tale: Requiem, Scorn, More Come to Xbox Game Pass in October

Microsoft revealed this morning the first wave of games coming to the Game Pass library in October. The medieval-inspired slasher Chilvary 2 is available starting today on Xbox, PC, and Cloud, and it will be followed by Medieval Dynasty and The Walking Dead Seasons 1 and 2 on Thursday.

Four upcoming games will also be available on day one with Game Pass later this month, starting with Eville, Dyson Sphere Program, and Scorn next week. The latter is a survival horror game inspired by the work of H. R. Giger, the Swiss artist behind the design of the xenomorph creature in the first Alien movie.

Scorn will be a timed Xbox Series X|S console exclusive, but it will also be available on PC Game Pass and Xbox Cloud Gaming on October 14. You can watch the game’s latest trailer below:

A Plague Tale: Requiem is another big game coming to Game Pass on day one in October. It’s the sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence from French developer Asobo Studios, which is also developing Microsoft Flight Simulator on Xbox Series X|S consoles and PC.

• The Walking Dead: Season Two (PC) – October 6
• Costume Quest (Cloud and Console) – October 11
• Eville (Console and PC) – October 11, available on day one with Game Pass
• Dyson Sphere Program (PC) – October 13, available on day one with PC Game Pass
• Scorn (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – October 14, available on day one with Game Pass
• A Plague Tale: Requiem (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – October 18, available on day one with Game Pass:

Microsoft also announced today that six games will leave the Game Pass library next week on October 15. The list includes Bloodroots, Echo Generation, Into The Pit, Ring of Pain, Sable, and The Good Life. As usual, subscribers can save up to 20% off these games before they leave the service.
