Microsoft’s Games with Gold for March Include 3 Games

Microsoft has revealed today the new Games with Gold titles for the month of March, and for once there are three Xbox One games instead of the usual two. After Microsoft stopped offering two Xbox 360 games every month back in October, the Games with Gold program has become less valuable with just two free Xbox One games to grab throughout the month.

Starting tomorrow, March 1, Xbox Live Gold members will be able to claim the first two Gold titles of the month, which are the sci-fi adventure game Trüberbrook and the WW2-themed RTS game Sudden Strike 4 – Complete Collection. The survival horror game Lamentum is the third Gold title that will be free to claim for a month starting on March 16.

Overall, these four games represent $86 in value and 3230 in Gamerscore, but that isn’t really indicative of their quality. However, it will be interesting to see if Microsoft sticks with this three Games with Gold titles every month formula going forward.

If you haven’t done it yet, you have until today to claim For the King ($24.99), a strategic RPG that was the first Games with Gold title of February. The second Gold title of this month, Guts N’ Goals, will be free to grab until March 15. As usual, you’ll need to keep an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to play all Games with Gold titles you claim.
