Earlier this month, Amazon detailed how it planned to relaunch its Luna cloud gaming service with a new focus on social party games. This reimagined Luna experience is launching today on all platforms where Luna is available, and Prime members can now access over 50 games, including the new “GameNight curated collection of local multiplayer games that can be played using a smartphone as a controller.
“GameNight brings a fresh spin to familiar favorites like Angry Birds Flock Party, Draw & Guess, and The Jackbox Party Pack 9, alongside board-game classics including Ticket to Ride, Exploding Kittens 2, and Clue. Every title has been reimagined for the living room—fling birds across your TV, out-draw your friends, race your trains to the finish, or try not to explode—all using your phone as the controller,” Amazon said today.
Amazon Luna games are currently available in the U.S., UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The GameNight hub will feature exclusive titles developed by Amazon Game Studios, and the first one is the courtroom game Courtroom Chaos: Starring Snoop Dogg. Besides GameNight games, Prime members can also play some blockbuster PC games, including Hogwarts Legacy, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, and TopSpin 2K25.
The new version of Amazon Luna also continues to provide access to more games via a premium subscription. The existing Luna+ subscription is being replaced with Luna Premium, and the library includes even more AAA games such as EA SPORTS FC 25, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and Batman: Arkham Knight. Luna Premium is priced at $9.99/month on top of an Amazon Prime subscription.
