Microsoft kicked off its Xbox Black Friday Sale today, with up to 75% savings on over 2,000 Xbox games, discounts on Xbox Game Pass Premium subscriptions, plus some accessory discounts. However, Microsoft isn’t discounting its Xbox Series X|S consoles, which received two price increases in the US in less than a year.
Xbox gamers can still save some money on recent games such as Borderlands 4 (20% off), Doom: The Dark Ages Premium Edition (50% off), EA Sports FC 26 (50% off), and the GOTY-nominated Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (20% off). The full list of discounted Xbox games is available on this page, and there’s a sale on digital PC games as well.
For a limited time, new subscribers to Xbox Game Pass Premium can try the service for 14 days for just $1. The $14.99 subscription doesn’t provide access to new games on day one, but there are currently over 300 games in the library, including blockbusters such as Hogwarts Legacy, Forza Horizon 5, and GTA V.
Microsoft is also offering up to 20% discounts on Xbox Wireless Controllers, and the Xbox Design Lab will also offer free engraving for custom-designed controllers from November 27 through December 12. Lastly, Xbox Game Pass subscribers in select regions can get a Meta Quest 3S bundle with Batman: Arkham Shadow and Beat Saber for just $249.99. The bundle also includes a three-month trial to Meta Horizon+, which provides access to a rotating catalog of 40+ games.
