We got a nice little scoop on Windows Weekly today: Microsoft’s Gabe Aul appeared on the show and announced that the next build of Windows 10 for Phone will become available to Windows Insiders on Friday at 10 am PT. The bad news? Lumia 930 and Icon users won’t be able to get this build, sorry.
This new build will be the first one Microsoft has provided in two months: the first build arrived on February 12th, and supported only a small number of Lumia handsets. But thanks to an early heads-up,

Since then, Microsoft more recently revealed that a very long list of Lumia handsets would be able to install the next Windows 10 build for Phone. That’s still true, but there are two phones that won’t be getting it: The (nearly identical) Lumia 930 and Lumia Icon. (We had previously known the 930 wouldn’t get it, but the Icon is new information.)
