  <p>I don't know if this was on purpose to prank readers, but the usage of Paul here was quite ambiguous.</p><p><br></p><p>Since the "Paul" that's mentioned in this site is of the Thurrott variety, I thought the goodbye was for Paul T, not Paul Allen.</p><p><br></p><p>Maybe changing it to "Goodbye, Paul Allen" would be more clear for readers.</p>

  <p>Sorry, but you still can't doing squat with Cortana on Android unless you are actually using the app. It is STILL no hands-free. Microsoft needs to get their heads out of the up-and-locked position and fix Cortana so that we have the option to turn it ON all the time, completely hands-free. Like I have always done with Windows phones.</p>
