    <p>Your comments on a number of Microsoft initiatives makes it clear that the Windows 'team' is clearly in chaos. Directions, priorities and products are announced, demonstrated and then abandoned…this speaks to weak leadership and an overall loss of vision for what Windows must be today, will be tomorrow and could be in five years. </p><p><br></p><p>This is how platform change happens, and unless Microsoft does the hard work of leadership we won't be using Windows in 2025.</p>
