Hi Brad, Just saw the first ring about your computer issue. I have the same thing happening to my work computer. It seems like it is sleeping but will not awaken with a black screen. I recently discovered if I turn the power off to the monitor and turn it back on again the system returns and I can log in. I do hit the keyboard and move the mouse first so it should be 'awake' prior to the monitor bounce. Don't know if that can help or not but thought I'd pass it on.

There was a time when I thought of Surface devices as "hero hardware." I want a Surface Laptop 2, but without USB-C, no freaking way. My iPad Pro has USB-C for crying out loud.
