What prompted me to switch from purchasing Surface hardware at Best Buy to a Microsoft Store is that Best Buy offers and stocks a limited number of configurations…both at brick & mortar locations as well as its online store.

Microsoft kept a wider selection/variety on hand at the company locations.

It is possible that this is just my setup but I was able to reproduce it, which makes me doubt it. Every now and then the audio seems to change from mono to stereo. It is for less than a second. One instance it happened was aroud 8:34 when Brad is talking about taking his AirPods back. I have been noticing this for the last few days so was not just because this is the 'live' day.
