    <p>Back in the day, CES didn't include PCs because they weren't considered consumer devices. </p>

Many office workers into the late 90s and early 00s did not know how to use a computer and did not have access to one at work or at home.     <p> I was an early adopter of DVDs. At that time, you couldn't buy them anywhere except specially video stores like &nbsp;Suncoast Motion Picture Company (where they had about 10 discs for sale) and you couldn't rent them anywhere. </p><p><br></p><p>I imagine early adopters of always on 5G PCs will have a similar experience.</p>
