Tips and picks

Tip of the week: Join the Halo Infinite network campaign co-op beta

Yes, that’s what it’s called.

App pick of the week: Rufus (3.19 Beta or newer)

Rufus will soon support creating Windows 11 installation media that will not require you to sign-in with your Microsoft account, and more (With one important caveat)

Enterprise pick of the week: Azure capacity limits are continuing. What can you do?

The cloud is NOT limitless, in spite of all metaphors to the contrary. And supply chain issues are taking a toll on some Azure customers. What can you do to try to mitigate this?

Enterprise pick 2 of the week: The Office 365 for IT Pros eBook (9th edition)

The latest edition of the Bible for IT pros in charge of M365/O365 is out. With a forward by Jeffrey Snover, no less. Our friend Tony Redmond has a $10 discount code for WW listeners: https://o365itpros.gumroad.com/l/O365IT/windowsweekly

Beer pick of the week: Jolly Pumpkin La Roja Du Kriek

An oak-barrel aged kriek (cherry) beer in cans? YES. Jolly Pumpkin in Dexter, Michigan, has one. And it is a fresh-tasting Flanders Ale style brew. Not too heavy (7.5%) and just the right amount of cherry and sour. Delicious with a grilled cheese. Just sayin’.
