Microsoft Launches Annual 12 Days of Deals Promotion

Microsoft has launched its annual 12 Days of Deals promotion, offering a different sale item each today. First up, a terrific price on an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible.

And yes, I should note up front: I believe this promotion is U.S.-only, sorry.

Here’s today’s deal:

HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 13-s192nr Signature Edition 2 in 1 PC

Price: $499 (normally $649)
Description: You’ll always get the perfect view with the HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 13. Its 360-degree hinge flips the screen all the way around, so it can be used as a laptop, stand, tent, or tablet. It has plenty of power and speed, too, with a sixth-generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, and huge 1TB hard drive.
Specs: 13.3-inch HD (1366 x 768) LED IPS touchscreen with 10-finger multi-touch support, 2.3 GHz (6th generation) Intel Core i5-6200U, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD (5400 RPM), 2 USB 3.0 ports, 1 USB 2.0 port, HDMI out, headphone output/microphone input combo, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (Miracast enabled), 10/100 Ethernet, multi-format SD media card reader, Bang & Olufsen audio, HP TrueVision HD webcam, Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
Weight: 3.8 pounds
Color: Silver
Key features: Signature Edition means there is no crapware or useless fluff, unique hinge design lets the device be used as a laptop, stand, tent, or tablet.

As you may recall, Microsoft always teases the next deal, too. So tomorrow, we can expect to see the 15.6-inch Lenovo Ideapad 100 for $199. That’s $150 off the normal price.
