If you’re a beginning or aspiring programmer, here’s some great news: Bob Tabor’s amazing and free Windows 10 development for absolute beginners video series is now available.

I’ve been recommending Bob’s video series for years now, and he’s moved along nicely between various Windows and Windows Phone OS versions over the past several years. “Bob Tabor from Learn Visual Studio.net, walks you through how to create Windows 10 apps on the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) – meaning you’ll gain access to all the Windows 10 screens: PCs, phones, tablets, and even on a Raspberry Pi, HoloLens, and Xbox,” the Channel 9 site explains. “Bob will challenge you with exercises, help you build a cheat sheet for future reference, and explain the techniques and concepts being used along the way in a simple, friendly manner.”

As with previous “absolute beginner” series, you will at least need C# language experience. The good news? Bob has you covered there, too, with a great C# Fundamentals for Absolute Beginners series with 25 videos.

If you do want to learn Windows 10 development, be sure to check out Windows 10 development for absolute beginners. This is definitely the best way to get started. In fact, I’m going to try to go through this series myself.
