Windows 10 users can now get two free months of the Hulu streaming video service, as compared to the normal two-week offer. But you need to act fast, as this offer ends July 18.
I don’t normally highlight this kind of thing, but this actually a really good deal.

“Beginning today through July 18, if consumers download the Hulu app onto Windows 10 devices or Xbox and sign-up for a new account they will be given a free two-month trial to watch everything on Hulu – including original series, current network hits, and classics,” a Microsoft representative told me. Well, yesterday. Sorry.
This deal is also briefly mentioned on the Windows Experience Blog, and while I’m curious if there are any limitations with regard to geography, no such caveats are noted. Please don’t shoot the messenger.
Anyway, you should give it a shot. And when you do, be sure to watch 11.22.63, a Hulu original series that is based on the Stephen King best-seller. It’s pretty great. Hulu has other original shows too, and while there’s precious little to compete with the best that, say, Netflix or HBO currently offers, you can see what’s up for two months for free. So why wouldn’t you?
And if you do choose to continue with Hulu, they have two basic plans, Limited Commercials, which costs $7.99 per month, and No Commercials, for $11.99 per month. There are also premium add-ons, like Showtime for an additional $8.99 per month.
Regardless, this deal is totally worth knowing about. If only for 11.22.63.
