Microsoft has updated its downloadable Windows 10 version 22H2 ISO to include all of the updates it has shipped through May 2023. So that’s Moment 1, Moment 2, and all the Controlled Feature Releases (CFRs) we’ve received since 22H2 first arrived last September.

“The updated Windows 11 22H2 ISOs coming soon, should include build 22621.1702 (KB5026372, May Patch Tuesday),” PhantomOcean3 tweeted of this change almost a month ago. ” Features from Moment 1 and Moment 2 as well as the new WU toggle will now be available on a clean install without you needing to update it.”

At the time of the tweet, the updated ISO was not yet available. So I kept checking, and it’s finally there now. To get it, head over to the Download Windows 11 website, scroll down to “Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices,” select “Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO for x64 devices,” and then click “Download Now.” Then, select your product language and click “Confirm.” Then, click “64-bit Download.”

What you’re looking for is the correct filename. For U.S. English, it’s “Win11_22H2_English_x64v2.iso.” If it prompts you to download ” Win11_22H2_English_x64v1.iso,” it’s still stuck on the previous version, so you may need to wait a bit and try again.
