
Stardock today announced a beta version of Fences 6, a major update to the Windows desktop organizer that adds tabs and other new features.

New features in Fences 6 include:
Tabs. Now, you can multiple fence groups together in a tabbed experience for a modern layout.
Color tinted icons. Fences 6 also supports using a single color tint for all the icons on your desktop to create a distraction-free layout.
Improved Folder Portals. Folder Portals lets you mirror any folder on your desktop, including cloud storage folders, and it features improved navigation and other quality of life updates in Fences 6.
