It appears that the initial stable release of Windows 11 version 25H2 is imminent: You can now download the full ISO for this release or the enablement package (eKB) that will upgrade Windows 11 version 24H2 to 25H2 much more quickly.
News of the ISOs and eKBs first appeared on Reddit (and thanks to Neowin for the tip). They are:
I’ve downloaded all the files and I’ve installed the eKB on Arm, and it updates the system from build 26100.6584, the latest stable Windows 11 version 24H2 build at the time of this writing, to Windows 11 version 25H2 build 26200.6584. Which, if you’re really paying attention, you know to be slightly newer than the Release Preview ISO that Microsoft uploaded about 10 days ago. Of course, if you did install 25H2 with that ISO and kept it updated, you would be on build 26200.6584 as well.
So is this the “final” build? Or, as I described it above, the initial stable build of Windows 11 version 25H2? Probably: Given the timing, I expect 25H2 to go out as a preview update on Tuesday, which is the Week D schedule. And then to stable on Patch Tuesday in October, which is October 14. But we’ll need to wait for an official announcement to be sure.
