Microsoft Releases Four New Insider Builds

Those with Windows 11-based PCs enrolled in the Windows Insider Program have some installing to do: Microsoft released four new builds today.

Only the Experimental (Future Platforms) channel didn’t get a new build today. Those that did include:

• Beta: Build 26220.8764
• Experimental: Build 26300.8782
• Beta (26H1): Build 2820.2380
• Experimental (26H1): Build 28120.2387

As for notable new features, there are a few, both in Experimental:

• Cloud rebuild, a new recovery option that restores a Windows 11 PC to a clean, known-good state by performing a full OS reinstall, even when Windows won’t boot.
• The Account Control flyout gets a refreshed, modern design and a clear subscription badge to make the user’s account status instantly visible.

OK, only one notable new feature, I guess.
