IGN to Air ID@Xbox Broadcast On April 23

IGN ID@Xbox broadcast April 23

There’s another Xbox broadcast this week following last week’s Metro 2039 world premiere, and this time it will be dedicated to indie games. On Thursday, April 23, IGN will stream the ID@Xbox April 2026 showcase with new trailers and gameplay from upcoming indie titles, with some of them headed to Game Pass.

“There will be plenty of amazing-looking indie games featured that you can add to your wishlist or maybe play that day,” IGN teased yesterday. The publication already confirmed that Misfall Hunter, There Are No Ghosts at the Grand, Solo Leveling Arise Overdrive, and Aphelion will be part of the show. The latter, a sci-fi adventure game developed by Don’t Nod, is coming to Game Pass on April 28, the Xbox team announced yesterday.

The April 23 broadcast will kick off at 10AM PT / 1PM ET / 5PM GMT on IGN’s social platforms, including YouTube and Twitch. On that same day, Kiln, the pottery brawler from Xbox Game Studios, will also come to Game Pass on day one.

If you count the Xbox Partner preview event from March 23 and last week’s First Look: Metro 2039 Broadcast, that’s a quick succession of three Xbox digital broadcasts in just a month. While the Xbox team is looking to build some momentum ahead of its big Xbox Games Showcase on June 7, it’s also been busy shipping new console features inspired by user feedback. A new full-screen ‘Xbox Mode’ is also coming soon to all Windows 11 PCs.
