.NET Conf is Microsoft’s annual virtual conference for .NET, and this year’s show is tied to the release of .NET 11. We previously learned when .NET Conf 2026 was happening–it’s next week, from November 10 to 13–but today, Microsoft posted the schedule for the event.
“.NET Conf 2026 is just one week away!” the .NET team writes. “Join us November 10-13 for this free, four-day virtual conference and the official launch of .NET 11. We’ll kick things off with two days of sessions from Microsoft product teams, followed by two days of community-led talks from developers around the world.”
While you can find the entire schedule on the .NET website, some highlights include:
- Day One: .NET 11 launch. Day one kicks off with a keynote featuring Scott Hanselman and the .NET team on Tuesday, November 10 at 8:00 am PT. The focus is what’s new in .NET 11 and how Copilot and agents fit into .NET development, including the applications you already have. There are also sessions like “What’s new in C#,” “Modern web development with ASP.NET Core & Blazor in .NET 11,” “The .NET AI Stack: What’s New, What’s Next, and How It Fits Together,” and “Beyond Autocomplete: Getting the Most from GitHub Copilot for .NET.” There will also be sessions tied to .NET MAUI, WinForms, the
dotnet CLI, C# Dev Kit, security, and the .NET runtime.
- Day Two: Visual Studio and developer deep dives. Day two kicks off with a Visual Studio keynote featuring Mads Kristensen at 8:00 am PT. Featured sessions include “The State of AI in Visual Studio,” “What’s new in Visual Studio,” “What’s new in the MCP C# SDK,” and “GitHub Copilot modernization.”
- Days Three and Four: Community Days. Microsoft says that a community team led by Javier Lozano, working with members of the .NET Foundation board and other volunteers, is running Community Days, including session selection, hosting, and production.
