Apple today announced the new Beats Solo Pro headphones at the same time Google’s Pixel 4 event started. The new device builds on Beats’ Solo 3, featuring an identical design.
Beats new Solo Pro, however, introduces noise cancelling (just like the Beats Studio). For $299, you will be able to pre-order the Beats Solo Pro today. The device features two different listening modes: Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and Transparency.

ANC enables full noise-cancelling, meaning you will only be able to hear your music, while Transparency uses the earphones in the headphones to let in the sound from your environment whilst still letting you hear your music. You can switch between both the different listening modes on the fly.
You can get up to 22 hours of battery life with ANC or Transparency on, and if you turn them both off, you can get up to 40 hours of battery life. Apple says you can get up to 3 hours of playback with a 10-minute charge.
The headphones feature Apple’s H1 chip, meaning you can say Hey Siri to activate Siri on your phone, and it also supports Audio Sharing with other Beats headphones and AirPods on iOS 13.
Beats Solo Pro comes in Dark Blue, Ivory, Gray, Red, Light Blue, and Black. You can pre-order one today, and it’s expected ship on October 29.
