Apple Just Raised the Price of All Current iPhone Models

Apple has quietly raised the price of all iPhone models following the reveal of the iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max, and iPhone Duo yesterday. The new Pro iPhones are $100/£100/€150 more expensive than the 17 Pro and Pro Max models, which are no longer available for purchase. However, other iPhone models that are still on sale, including the iPhone 16, iPhone 17e, iPhone 17, and iPhone Air, also received a price bump.

The cheapest iPhone remains the 256GB iPhone 17e, which is now priced at $699 (up from $599). Apple is also still selling the iPhone 16 from 2024 with just 128GB of storage, but it’s now $100 more expensive at $799.

Here are the updated prices across the iPhone lineup:

• iPhone 16 (128GB) : $799/£799/€1,019 (previously $699/£699/€969)
• iPhone 17e (256GB) : $699/£699/€869 (previously $599/£599/€719)
• iPhone 17 (256GB) : $899/£899/€1,119 (previously $799/£799/€969)
• iPhone Air: $1,099/£1,099/€1,329 (previously $999/£999/€1,229)

The upcoming iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max start at $1,199 and $1,299, respectively. They will be available for pre-order on September 12, with shipments starting on September 18. The foldable iPhone Duo, however, will be available for pre-order on October 23 with a $1,999 starting price in the US.
