Microsoft will host its next .NET Conf virtual conference on August 9, and this one will focus exclusively on .NET MAUI, Microsoft’s new cross-platform developer framework.
“Now that .NET MAUI is released, it’s time to get started building your first cross-platform applications,” Microsoft’s Jon Galloway writes in the announcement post. “We’ve got a lot of exciting things planned for the next few months to help you get started, including a full day .NET Conf Focus event, worldwide Reactor events, and local community event opportunities.”

.NET Conf: Focus on MAUI, as the event is called, is a free, one-day livestream event on August 9 that starts at 12 pm ET/9 am PT. It will feature speakers from Microsoft and the community, and it will teach you how to build native apps for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows using a single codebase with .NET MAUI.
You can learn more at the .NET Conf: Focus on MAUI website. Also, Microsoft is hosting other virtual and in-person events in August, too: check the original blog post for details.
