MS apps on ios prompting me to resign in, but can’t complete process

This has been going on for weeks, but increasingly all my ios MS apps are forcing me to re-sign in, but the sign in process can’t get past first stage Email address sign in. Outlook is fine but everything else is now unusable.

Anyone else with the same problem and any suggestions to fix? I’ve deleted and reinstalled apps loads of times.
