Recommendation for IT Support in Toronto

Hello!

My dad is self employed in Toronto, Ontario and has outgrown using me as his IT Support.

He has strategic and social media consultants who helped set up his domains and email addresses (one Outlook.com backed and another Microsoft 365 backed, but via Go Daddy so some of the M365 UX is different or unavailable) as well as social media accounts. They help him post the content he writes, etc.

I was able to secure his accounts with multi-factor authentication but he is having trouble with things like Exchange flagging his outbound mail with OutboundSpamException despite the fact that he isn’t a bot and isn’t sending spam/repeat messages. He also would like some help understanding how his social media and email accounts are or are not connected, as the case may be, and to possibly adjust that.

Since two different 3rd parties are involved in his accounts and since he is not highly confident with technology, he is super frustrated and I just don’t have the time to support him at the level he needs anymore.

Does anyone know of an excellent IT Support consultant in the Greater Toronto Area?
