Why does it seem like only Google owned sites have a problem with the new Edge.
Getting errors in Google docs, YouTube, Gmail. Been having problem with it saying that I need to sign in.
But I am already signed in.

Can you reproduce the issue using another browser like Firefox, or the old Edge? If you cannot (FF works fine on my end), it is probably an issue with msft.

In reply to F4IL:

It's only in Edge, not chrome.

It was working fine on the new Edge until last week. That's when problems started. That was before Edge updated.

If it started happening after the update, then you can blame Microsoft. But it started happening before.

Google done this same thing before, where they changed YouTube for people that are using Edge.

In reply to Lordbaal:

I am not blaming anyone. With the new Edge being a msft product it is either google or msft (or both). Gmail and Youtube specifically work fine for me using not the new Edge on Windows 10.

In reply to F4IL:

Like I said, it start last week before Edge updated.

Google have done this stuff in the past with making their site broken in Edge.

In reply to Lordbaal:

After a few hours with the new Edge, both Gmail and Youtube login sessions persist without logouts.

I also have 2 accounts that I switch between.

Just checked, it has been happening for months.

support.google.com/chrome/thread/2108690?hl=en

In reply to Lordbaal:

That has to be Chromium version of Edge. If for no other reason then it couldn't be Google.

Not a single reply on that post said Edge.

In reply to Kevin_Costa:

That was someone else. There are many people that reads this site.

I don't do those stupid up or down vote, of likes, of thumbs up and down. That useless and a waste of time to me.

An attempt at sarcasm on my part.

In reply to lwetzel:

It shows that it happens on Chrome too. And Google developed Chromium. So int the end, it is Google's fault.

Last week my CrEdge Dev updated and most of my accounts were logged off. I don't know what exactly happened. But I just sign back in and problem solved. Try reinstall your browser.
