Interns may be programming the Bing app and Rewards

I’m thinking that Paul was correct when he joked on WW that Msoft is using interns to program things. The Bing app on Android and Bing rewards is fouled up beyond all recognition. On the Android app on my new Pixel 8, the Bing app does not work properly. It still works on my Pixel 6a which I just merrily sent off to Google as a trade-in. While any search does bring up choices, selecting one of those choices makes the app reset. Reinstalls, clearing data and caches brought no joy. For Bing rewards on desktop, Bing searches with any browser (not just Edge) are not being recorded to earn points yesterday or today. More activities are showing for 1 or 2 points instead of the normal 5 or 10. The only thing working properly right now on desktop is the daily set. Not the end of the world but I do earn $150/yr for doing nothing that I don’t normally do. If I don’t like the results, Duck Duck Go is only a click away. Sigh.
