hi, been testing and searching the internet for a couple of days now without luck so I decided to try it here 🙂
We’ve been running a farm of 2016 RDS/Citrix servers with O365 (without Teams) and Teams (machine wide installer) for quite some time now and all was perfect.
Since the last Office and Teams update ‘presence information’ is no longer working in Outlook. I’ve tried all fixes, workarounds etc to no avail.
As far as I can tell the problem is with the presence add-in. All previous updates show the 64-bit tlb file registering under HKLM. Now for some unexplainable reason it has decided to register it under HKCU, which ofc will not work since it’s going under the local admin account on a multi-user OS.
Anyone here encountered this issue and managed to fix it?
