Samsung announced a new Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, 2026, in San Francisco, where the company will put the wraps off its next flagship Galaxy phones. If Samsung sticks to its usual formula, we should see the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra featuring faster silicon, improved cameras, and new AI features.
“The new Galaxy S series is coming – built to simplify everyday interactions, inspire confidence and make Galaxy AI feel seamlessly integrated from the moment it’s in hand, the company said in the announcement. “Join us as we unveil Samsung’s newest Galaxy innovations – marking a new phase in the era of AI as intelligence becomes truly personal and adaptive.”
The company’s Galaxy Unpacked event will kick off at 10 AM PT, and it will be live-streamed on Samsung’s YouTube channel. The company is already inviting early enthusiasts to reserve now on its website and get a $30 Samsung credit during pre-order, and up to $900 additional savings via its trade-in program.
The last flagship device Samsung released is the Galaxy Z Trifold, which launched in the US two weeks ago at $2,899. It’s strange to see the company follow up so soon with the Galaxy S26 series, but last year’s Galaxy 25 was actually announced in January.
Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event will be preceded by the official reveal of the Google Pixel 10a on February 18. Apple is also expected to announce its entry-level iPhone 17e later this month.
