Microsoft has just released the Windows 11 Insider build 22635.3566 for testers on the Beta Channel. This update brings minor changes to widgets on the lock screen as well as widgets icons on the taskbar, and there are also two other changes for testers who turned on the Windows Update toggle to get the latest updates as they are available.

First of all, the Windows Insider team said that the new lock screen widgets showing finance, traffic, sports and weather updates are now “more reliable and have improved quality.” The team added that “this update also supports more visuals and a more customized experience for you,” without providing more details.

On the Windows 11 taskbar, the Widgets icons that are updated dynamically should now look better. These icons should no longer appear pixelated or fuzzy, and Microsoft is also rolling out a larget set of animated icons to Insiders.

For Beta Channel testers who have turned on the Windows Update toggle to get early access to the latest updates, the ability to drag and drop files between breadcrumbs in File Explorer (the area showing the direct path of pages or folders to the current location) available to all. This feature first started rolling out with the Beta build 22635.3420 last month.

Lastly, Microsoft is starting to roll out another change to Beta testers with this Windows Update toggle on: After listening to user feedback, Microsoft is now enabling the the “show desktop” button at the top right corner of the taskbar by default. This can still be disabled in Taskbar settings, which are accessible by right-clicking on the taskbar.
